Once you've completely backed up your iOS device, you're now ready to move onto actually using TaiG's Mac jailbreak tool. I highly recommend that, before you take the leap in jailbreaking your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, you perform a full backup of your device either using iTunes or iCloud, just in case anything possibly goes wrong. I was easily able to jailbreak my iPhone 6 using my MacBook Air quickly and painlessly in minutes and wanted to share how to do the same if you're also a Mac user wanting to jailbreak your iOS device. Thanks to the just-released TaiG jailbreak for Mac tool, OS X users don't have to go through the hassle of setting up a virtual machine and can simply download the software and run it natively on their Macs to jailbreak any iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 8.4.
